We ordered several rugs from Cyrus Persian carpets, and apart from a slight hiccup – which was dealt with promptly and politely - where a couple of rugs were out of stock, the order was processed and despatched very rapidly. The rugs arrived quickly, in fact ahead of the estimated delivery date. The rugs themselves were very impressive, entirely matching the appearance and specifications shown on the web site. Whilst it can sometimes be a gamble colour matching pictures on the web, in this case all the rugs were accurately represented by their pictures, and as a result blended in to the rooms perfectly. We have been very pleased with our purchases, and have had many positive comments from people who have seen them. They have provided not only a finishing touch to the rooms, but also a warm surface underfoot through this cold winter! We would certainly recommend Cyrus Persian Carpets, for both their products and service.
