The 4 rugs were delivered 1 week after ordering so a very quick turn-around. What I appreciated the most was the courtesy call I received from Cyrus stating that my order was being fulfilled and would be with the courier in a matter of a day or 2. It was unexpected customer service and, I was asked to contact them if there was anything I required. The rugs were as close to my expectation and as they’re wool, feel great. I’d give the rugs 4.0 out of 5.0. The deduction is because I expected them to be a little thicker yet this had nothing to do with Cyrus.
